Looking for some creative side dishes and not really in the mood for ham but DH wants to keep it traditional. So what is on your menu for Easter dinner/brunch?
We'll be at my folks for Easter dinner. There's usually collards, peas, cucumbers and fresh tomatoes, pot roast w/potatoes and carrots OR ham, boiled cabbage and cornbread. Since my sister's a vegetarian, there are usually even more veggie options.
Very typical southern Sunday dinner.

We follow DH's family tradition of lamb and pasta. Personally, I don't think those 2 things go together, but his Italian family swears they do, and it's what they have eaten every Easter forever....
Lamb, mashed potatoes, green beans, salad, pasta with meat sauce
Re: What are you serving for Easter dinner/brunch etc...?
Roasted chicken, green salad, potato salad, asparagus, roasted carrots, pineapple casserole, rolls.
I still feel like something is missing from the menu though.
