We have no HOA but we are at the very end of a long dirt road so they probably wouldn't think it was worth it.  You only end up at our house if you are the Fed Ex guy, UPS guy or lost.

Corner lot on a pretty busy streeet, no HOA--you bet I signed up!  It could pay for half my bathroom add on (before taxes . that's the sucky part)

I'm totally signing up!!  We're on the corner, busy(ish) street, no HOA...and our neighbors already think we're crazy!!

Wow. I have a feeling DH will be harder to convince. But I would sure love not to pay our ridiculously high mortgage payment for a year. Plus eventually get the house painted normally (which we definitely need)! But I bet they wouldn't accept us since the front of our house is mostly windows.

It says you can do it for 3 mo to a year.  I think it could totally be worth it.  I'd consider it, but probably wouldn't do it... but maybe (grad school is expensive!).

We have vinyl siding and never have to paint but I would so do it!

I would, but we live in Forks, so I am sure they wouldn't bother.
