And why it's closed between Ferguson and Mt. Carmel/Tobasco? 

I found out the hard way today... ~5:30.  It took me 3 times as long to get to where I needed to be.

My DH said the same thing, We can't figure it out either... our daycare provider is off clough and its been a PITA to get to her house to get DD... if you find out please let me know!
