Ok so I ordered LOs diapers on the 19th size 4 144ct. then i check my acct today and they took out money for two more boxes of diapers size 4 160ct. Im like WHAT THE HELL?? I cant afford to have extra money coming out of my acct. But I noticed that last month size 3 was ordered but cancelled. Something is going on with amazon cause I havent ordered size 3 since OCT.

Im going to delete my credit card info on there and only use them when I need. I was signed up for the save and subscribe. Now I was going to return those boxes but Im like I should keep em. LO is only 17lbs and has been in size 4 (they are slightly big) since NOV. Have yall been having problems with Amazon?

How often did you setup the subscribe/save to send you diapers? I sincerely doubt they "have your credit card" and are using it to order diapers. Check your settings.

Yeah they said the subscribe and save was screwed up. They even still had the size3 after I cancelled it in Oct and got size 4 in Nov. They were very nice. They will send me a return package slip and credit my acct. But what she couldnt explaine is why was there 2 orders for 160ct when I have my subscribe and save for 1 package of 140ct and for it to be sent once a month.

Here is my f'd up story about Amazon.  I've been doing subscribe and save since about September, same brand and size.  I always receive my order at the end of the money when I get paid, cool.  Last month, the sent 2 orders and when I tried to get them to stop the second, they said they couldn't.  I complained about it and they said they start my refund process before I even received the product.

I received 2 boxes of diapers on 04-04 and letf out the second box on 04-05 so UPS could come pick them up.  I received a confirmation that they received the diapers...great!  I've been checking my account since then to see if my refund has credited to my checking account, nope!  Amazon is saying they sent the money and gave me a confirmation number.  My bank is saying they don't have it.  I spoke to someone on Monday at my bank and it seems as though Visa has not released my money to my bank.  It's only $31.11 but it's mine and I want it!

Ultimately, the blame lays on Visa, but I'm still p'd off with Amazon because had they not sent a double order, I would not be going through this!
