XP Wasn't meant to be this time

Had spotting last night and the ultrasound confirmed the worst this morning. Looks like our LO stopped growing at 7 weeks 4 days (just 2 days after we saw a healthy heartbeat - so that sucks). We are sad and scheduled for a D&C tonight. Just don't know how to feel right now.

I am so sorry to hear this. No need to feel anything right now unless you want to - shock is part of the process. And as someone told me, all feelings/lack there of are normal right now.

Not sure if this helps, but I had a m/c back in March and have just started feeling more normal in the last week or so. (Hugs) to you and your family - PM me if you need someone to talk to.

Thank you all for your kind words. Things went very smoothly during the procedure - my Dr. is very kind and respectful. I'm still having lots of trouble with the emotional part but talking to a few close friends who have been down this road....
