Sympathy Symptoms?

so, i've always heard that men sometimes get sympathy pains when their wives are pregnant, but i'm wondering if women partners are even more prone to them, because of the hormonal influence thing (like getting in synch with your cycles). my wife has been really exhausted and bloated lately, with no discernible reason. just wondering if any of you had similar experiences.

Truth?  Yes.  I have gained some weight that won't go away and can't really be well explained by diet or exercise (those have been the same).  I even had some dizziness early on.....which I know seems like a stretch but it was totally out of character for me.

DW gets food cravings more then I do! 

Last night she REALLY wanted hop at 9:30pm! I had to talk her out of it and remind her that she doesn't even really like pancakes

Just yesterday we pulled into the parking lot of Destination Maternity and I said, with relief "oh yay, they'll have bottled water and a bathroom!"

My partner is the one who's seven months pregnant!
