Thanks for the tip on brown party supplies.. I will hit display & costume this week. Last year I waited until mid-November to find stuff for his b.day, and most stores had put away birthday stuff and had Christmas/New Years out!
My poor child with a December 26th birthday will see a lot of holiday stuff over the years.

No problemo! I love Display & Costume, I used to live 5 minutes from them but now it's a bit of a drive. Party City is okay, but not as festive and they don't have nearly as much stuff! Thankfully I have an understanding husband who didn't mind us driving half an hour to get brown napkins and forks - "It's the THEME, honey!!!"

Aw, that must be tough on your kiddo having a birthday smack dab in the middle of the holidays! I bet he's going to have a blast at the monkey party though, I can't wait to see pics!
