Adopt Olive Tree - cool or lame? (clicky)

My dad turns 60 next month and I'm looking for a gift idea.  He's Greek and so naturally he loves olives and olive oil. 

For $105 you can adopt an olive tree from Italy.  Twice a year they send some fancy olive oil.  And a cute adoption certificate.

We actually have an Olive Tree adopted through Texas Hill Country Olive Oil, and we love it. The Olive oil is REALLY good and you get a bunch of it. We get 4 bottles a year I think. We literally never have to buy it. We also got a certificate, and a picture of what our tree looks like out in their field. You also have an option to do a private label - we just went with their standard one, but it could be a really cute gift idea. I think it's a really neat idea!
