Moby. I never felt secure with the sling and I always felt like it pulled on my neck/shoulders more than the Moby no matter how I positioned it. I was just borrowing one so maybe another kind would have been better? The Moby takes more practice to get it right, but once you learn what works for you... its easy.
I have both the Moby and a Hot sling. I like my Moby much better. I always felt like he kind of got lost down inside of the wrap. I feel like he is much more secure in the wrap and it's really easy to use once you get use to it.

Moby, hands down. I *hated* my Peanut Shell Sling -- I tried it when he was a newborn, again around 2-3 months, and again at 6 months. Hated it every time. It felt awkward to wear and I never felt that DS was secure enough. Loved the Moby for the first 4ish months, and then transitioned to the Ergo.
I have both a Moby-type wrap (Bekaboo technically) and a Seven Sling and I use them both. The wrap is definitely more comfortable to wear for long periods but it's more involved and too bulky to carry in my diaper bag so I prefer to put it on before I leave the house. I carry the sling in my diaper bag for the last minute/unplanned run in to the grocery store etc. or for grandma to use (she's intimidated by the wrap but LOVES the sling). I wouldn't spent a ton of money on a sling but am glad I have one.

Yes, for sure. It is a lot of fabric, plus it's stretchy. It fits men as well. MH is 6'1 225lbs and he can wear it easily.
