question about signing up for simulac

So i signed up for simulac a few weeks ago and never recieved the coupons in the mail.. I signed up for strong moms.. thats what im suposed to sign up for right?

Also i read on here a lot of people sign up there friends/familys too .. do you just make up a e-mail address? I would hate to clutter there inboxs with simulac newsletters!

And how often do you recieve the coupons? is it a one time thing??

I signed up as well and never received anything yet.  My aunt (who has 2 kids older than 30) gets the similac checks in the mail every month and gives them to me.  Not sure when they start sending them to you.
