I'm in that weird in-between stage where my boys are too big for the tandem nursing pillow (15 lbs each) and too little for sitting up, each straddling a leg to nurse. How did you all accomplish tandem nursing at this age? I don't feed at the same time at all.... instead I often have one baby looking at me with those eyes and crying while I feed the other. Tandem would be awesome....

Re: Tandem Nursing @ 6 months - how?
I still use my brest friend nursing pillow to tandem nurse my babies. They are nearly 11 months old and both are 20 lbs. They just fold their legs, lay with their backs on the pillow and hang their legs off the edge of the pillow or they have their legs straight up and down against the back of the couch. They never really seem uncomfortable, so we use the pillow.
They did go through a phase of kicking off the back of the couch, which was painful for me at times, but they got over that after I would pull the off and put them on ther floor.
This!
Same with me!
