I really don't know of any to be honest. Back when I was doing my pedi search when I was pregnant pretty much all the ones I checked out had strict vaccine guidelines...I know my pedi office has set rules for it. Good luck!
A delayed vaccination schedule is much different from eliminating certain vaccines altogether. If you're looking to delay AND your LO isn't in daycare/school, then it shouldn't be too much of an issue.
I'm in Birmingham so sorry I don't have any Huntsville recs, but in our case delaying wasn't an issue; however there would have been push-back if I'd told the Pedi that we were skipping a vaccine altogether. Also, I had a nanny for #1 and am now a SAHM so there's limited exposure for my kids; would be much different if they were in DC/preschool.
