1st Day in Training Pants

Today we started REAL potty training. He has been sitting on the potty to go every once in a while but yesterday and today showed lots of enthusiasm and peed and pooped in the potty this morning. He was super excited to wear big kid underpants but he had an accident about 10 min after we put them on. Is that pretty typical? He peed in the potty before we put them on.
