Could this seriously be AF again?

So I started my first post IVF AF on the April 5th, and it was on and off through the 11th. I just went to the bathroom and I am bleeding again! Could this seriously be AF again? That would make this a 15 day cycle.

The only reason I ask is because I am supposed to call with the first day of my next period so we can get things underway for the next IVF. We all assumed that would happen in May with the next IVF in June. But if this is really AF I wonder if it would be possible to do a May IVF? Or could this just be something that got knocked loose from having sex (for the first time since the beginning of March) last night? Why must my body do this to me?!

    After my first IVF cycle, I bled on and off again for more than a month and a half.  I had an u/s and discovered I had a nasty cyst.  BCPs weren't really helping it, so I had it aspirated.  That seemed to cause the bleeding to finally stop.  I'm sorry you are going through this.  ((HUGS))

    ~SAIF/PAIF/Everyone Welcome~ 

    Me= 37 and DH = 41 

    Dx: DOR, Endo, APA+ (really high beta 2 glycoprotein antibody and high everything else tested), heterozygous MTHFR mutation, positive for lupus anticoagulant, high FSH, low AMH and both tubes blocked (per HSG on 3/8/11)

    IVF #1 - long lupron (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 4 retrieved, 3 fertilized; ET 2 blasts and 1 frozen = BFN

    IVF #2 - a version of antagonist with EPP (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 6 retrieved, 4 mature, 3 fertilized, 2 blasts and 1 frozen blast transferred on day 5 = BFN.

    IVF #3 April was postponed to May, May was canceled. June/July was canceled. Had a cyst aspiration and then began IVF #3 in August. ER on 8/22; ET on 8/24 with AH. +HPT on 9/5. Beta #1 (11dpo) = 3; Beta #2 (15dpo) = 29; Beta #3 (17dpo) = 60; Beta #4 (19 dpo) = 118. Heartbeat at 6 weeks 6 days =132.  Lil is here!

    TTC#2:  Trigger + TI = BFN; Clomid + Trigger + IUI = BFN.

    IVF #4:  BCP + MDLF + Lovenox = 7R, 1F = Transferred 1 6-cell embryo on day 3 = BFN

    IVF #5:  MDLF + Lovenox = 4R, 1F = Transferred 1 10-cell compacting embryo on day 3 = BFN

    IVF #6:  (New RE):  Long Antagonist November 2014 (transferred two 8 cell grade 1 embryos and froze one blast) = BFN

    FET#1:  BFN

    It's been a long journey. TTC since 9/06. multiple IUI's and IVF's and 4 m/c's. IVF#3 = BFP, twins, induced at 34w6d due to baby b passing away (no explanation). Delivered on 35w1d, Baby A - baby girl, and Baby B - baby boy, our little angel.

    sometimes i will bleed after being with DH if AF is close by...so maybe your body just sped up? lol GL!!!!

    I'm so sorry.  I don't have any experience with that, but I think I've heard some women have spotting when they ovulate.  I would call your nurse and ask.

    I know you were on BCPs for a while before your stimmed; maybe that has something to do with it?  I was only on them (Apri) for 1 month & then when we had to postpone IVF til summer I went off them.  The following happened:

    I took my last active BCP on March 5 & got what I assumed was my period on 3/10. It was lighter than normal but definitely not spotting & was the normal 3-4 days that I've always experienced.

    3/25 I got AF AGAIN but this time she was more "normal" (2 heavy days & 1 or 2 light days).

    On 4/15 I came home from work & went to pee only to find my undies resembling the Japanese flag. I had no idea my period was coming; no cramps, no bloating, nothing.

    Since going off BCPs over 3 years ago to TTC my ute has been a Swiss watch; I don't get it.  Maybe yours & mine have been having clandestine meetings about how to eff with our heads? Wink

    I had breakthrough bleeding when in BCP's - I would call the nurse.  You definitely don't want to start cycling when your body isn't ready - this is partially why my third IVF got cancelled mid-cycle.  Sorry you are dealing with this.
