DS had pneumonia about a year ago and I'm so nervous this might turn into it again. Any advice for keeping that from happening?
We have a cool mis humidifier running in his room every night and he's getting plenty of vitamin C. Would running a steamy shower and having him hang out in the room help as it does for croup? Anything else we can do to help?
Re: How to help a phlegmy cough?
Dairy always makes me kinda phlegmy, maybe cut dairy some and give more juice & water for a few days. ? I don't think the shower will help much, but it couldn't hurt.
Hope he feels better soon. DD has a cough right now, too. Doc said to let it go unless she's not sleeping. poo.
Yeah, it's a cold that's moved down into his chest. His nose isn't too bad any more.
Thanks for all the thoughts.
