For those of you who have already dropped and you second time moms...once you have dropped, are you supposed to feel any different? Do you feel anything during dropping?
I just felt more pressure in my pelvis and the need to pee a lot more often, but didn't specifically feel her drop. I think my belly button is lower too.

I didn't really feel anything different. For a week and a half before she dropped, I felt different, but she hadn't dropped yet. However it is more painful for me to walk. I kinda feel like she's all in my hips and pelvis. And I'm feeling a LOT more pressure everywhere down there!

My LO has totally dropped over the course of the last 2 nights. This morning I woke up with more sore hips than normal, but the biggest difference was how much *more* often I have to pee. Not necessarily any more pressure, etc.
And man, I look like i have a beer gut hanging out in front!!
I dropped on Thursday... at only 34 weeks. I'm a bit concerned about that...
My peri says "Well at least you'll have an easy labor, and you really only need to keep her in there till 37 weeks".
Somehow that didn't make me feel any better.
I didn't feel her drop per se, but all the pressure up at the top of my ribcage is gone. Her kicks are probably 3 inches lower than they used to be. Every time I stand up I feel like I have to pee, even if I JUST got off the toilet. Sitting is pretty uncomfortable too.
I am also 34 weeks and pretty certain that she has dropped. I have been getting up 12 times a night to pee and every half hour when I'm awake, it feels like I'm holding a bowling ball between my legs, and the hip pain has become unbearable. Not even sleeping helps anymore. My mom doesn't think the baby has dropped because she thinks my belly is still too high, but my boobs were definitely resting on my belly before and no longer can do that.
