so first of all, strapping in cooper only half way in the swing isn't enough anymore since he decided he wants to flip over in it... yup, mom of the year here...

they know, they know if they cry...mom comes. 

1. cooper in the room in his crib fussing, i console. 

2. cannon spits out paci and fusses in swing in living room, i go to replace it, he smiles at me

repeat steps 1 thru 2 about 5 times and you have our afternoon nap.

Your guys must be talking to my babies.  Naps got better for about 3 days and then they got way, way, way worse.  It was total stereo screaming over here today.  I hit a new low point when I held one in the Bjorn, one in my arms, and all three of us were crying.  I had to hold both because if one saw me holding the other, s/he would cry.

LMAO!  I shouldnt laugh, cause this is in my near future....but I couldnt help it!  Im dreading when they start crawling/walking!  THEN we are in real trouble!

I must be a bad MoM I don't have set nap times! I must have missed that lesson in school. But my boys totally tag team me all the time.

LOL at your post title.  My girls "take turns" and tag team me all day... I'm starting to think I'm on candid camera. 

I realized how heavenly it was when they were super young...  & oh, so sleepy and napping on the same schedule.  Now, I think in their "twin talk"....they have a pow wow in their room in the a.m. and decide what the plan of the day is...  They def. love to see me run myself all around....

well just wait until they walk. then when you tell them no to something and they wait until you are preoccupied with the other (diaper changing, saying no to the other across the room) any excuse will do, the look at you, giggle, smile their little smiles and go back to doing what they know they arent supposed to do. they plan it, they plot it....punks.

the weekly debate in my head:  Is it worse to be tag teamed or to deal with a double melt down?
