Re: Books

  • Baby- re-reading "Brain Rules for Baby" - one of my favorite baby books. It's by John Medina: https://www.amazon.com/Brain-Rules-Baby-Raise-Smart/dp/0979777755/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1303176927&sr=8-1.

Non-baby- reading "Sing You Home" by Jodi Picoult. I'm a HUGE Jodi Picoult fan!! I love "House Rules" and "Change of Heart" ... she wrote the book "My Sister's Keeper", but the book ends way differently than the movie. Here's her website: https://www.jodipicoult.com/.

She's my absolute fave!!!  I started reading her books a couple years ago, and I have bought and read each and every one, in order.  I haven't read the new one yet.

Currently I'm reading Pride and Prejudice but nothing specific baby related (shockingly)!!

  • Working my way through the Percy Jackson series by Rick Riordan. Nothing baby related because I'm honestly overwhelmed by how many books there are out there.

  • Thanks for reminding me that it's okay to read a fiction book. I started Such a Pretty Fat by Jennifer Lancaster but will probably need to start from the beginning when I pick it up again.
  • im reading the land of painted caves my jean m auel. its the official last book in the clan of the cave bear series. kinda sad about that fact but oh well lol.   morrighan likes the rough faced girl, wombat stew, big red dragons dont take naps, and the barenstine bears. im glad she likes books lol

"'Cause baby you're a firework Come on, show 'em what you're worth Make 'em go "Oh, oh, oh" As you shoot across the sky-y-y. Baby, you're a firework Come on, let your colors burst Make 'em go "Oh, Oh, Oh" You're gonna leave 'em all in awe, awe, awe" KP Photobucket Baby Birthday Ticker Ticker
