Flatspot?

Does anyones LO have a flatspot? My LO had an ultrasound done today to check his and everything came back good. They said they would check it every time we come it but it still bothers me because its at the top of the back of the head, so it not where it sleeps on it. If they do, what have they done for it?

Both of my boys are wearing helmets for flat spots. It is my understanding that the head will continue to grow in the same direction after a certain point. They started wearing them about a month ago and I'm so happy we did it. They'll be done wearing them in 2 - 4 weeks. Their spots were very noticeable though.

Yes, DD has had one since about 6 weeks old. Its not really that bad. When she had no hair it really bothered me, I could see it but no one else could. Now that she has hair I do not notice it. I now have to actually feel for it on her head. It has also slowly gotten better over the last two months or so. Our doctor looked at it and said it wasn't bad enough to need a helmet that as she grows it will get better and should be completely gone by the time she is 2.
