still no sleep.

mmph.  I managed to nap some yesterday (DH had his friends come over to our house, I agreed.  He was afraid to leave me alone w/the kids 'cause I kept passing out on the couch.).  I got 2-3 hours of sleep last night so it's improving, marginally.

I suppose sacrificing DS to Pele is out of the question, huh?

    oh you poor thing.....   does he cry at night or just hangs out?

    I feel your pain... J now hangs out at night. Last night he was hanging out from 4 to 5.30am and then slept a little bit until 7am on me...

    He just wants to hang out and he refuses to be in the pn'p by himself..... I rocked him, I bounced on the big ball with him, I walked around with him, I kicked DH out of bed to help me... nothing worked. I turned out the musical thingie for him with the projection on the ceiling.... ahhh.....  I think I am at a point where I have to start leaving him in the crib so he can figure out things on his own.....  kwim.... this seems to be happening nightly now and I can't take it anymore.

    Not sure how you're still coping.

    He's crying.  His ears still hurt, b/c he's fine when he's not lying down flat.  When he's just hanging out (which he does a lot of mornings) we leave him alone to play w/the mobile thingy & mirror in there.  Sometimes we can pop a pacifier in there & he'll go back to sleep, but it only lasts about a half hour.

    I'm only coping because I have an easy donothing job.  If I actually had to work all day I'd be comatose by now lol

    Sorry yours is being a stinker, too.  :-(

    Poor B.... hope it gets better soon. How many days has he been on antibiotics now? They usually worked for both boys within a day or two....   Ethan's first ear infection lasted 3 months though, we did not even know, but apparently it was still there. We swithed 3 different antibiotics to clear it up.

    Hope something starts helping soon...
