In y'alls ladies opinions and experiences, what is the best online site to buy flowers for mother's day? I live in Cali, mom's live in Texas and Georgia.
I get all of my flower deliveries from 1800 flowers, and have never had any failures, ever. I live in Maryland and my family lives in Florida. I've also used them to get flowers to my sister in Cali - I like them because they use local florists, so it's nice because they don't ship from some huge warehouse.
So far I've had a few bad exeperiences. From 1-800 flowers, I've had them delivered to me (from hubby) in a box and I don't like that, especially after costing so much money. Other places have been late, for example, hubby sent me 2 dozen roses for Valentines and I got 1 dozen one day and the other dozen othe next day. And last year for mother's day, I never got my flowers, when hubby tried to call they wanted to reschedule for Tuesday, AFTER mothers day, instead we go o

I am a florist, so thought I would offer my advice on this one...
Go online and find a local florist in your mom's areas (order online through their website if you insist on going online)...just do not use a service like 1-800-Flowers...all they do is call the local florist for you, and in doing so charge you for it (for example, if you order a $40 arrangement, the local florist is going to take out their delivery charge and the rest will be for the flowers. So you really get about $32-34 worth of flowers when you think you're getting $40. Plus 800Flowers charges a "delivery" or "service" fee of something like $9.99 on top of the $40). Avoid the middle man and call direct. You'll save money and get full value on flowers you order. GL!!
Re: Flowers
We have had good experiences with ProFlowers too.
