where is this purse from?

Has anyone seen this purse before?  I saw it on a blog, and asked the blogger where it was from but she never responded.  I love it though and want to know where it's from/how pricey it is/if it's still available.  Anyone have a clue???

The striped pattern on the inside looks like Coach, but I just checked their website and couldn't find it. It may be from a different season? I'm not sure how you might be able to find it.
