Does anyone have it and LOVE it? It looks amazing and if it truly takes the place of a swing and a bouncer then I can justify the price tag. If you have one do you also have a bouncer and/or swing?
People seem to love them or hate them. Not many people seem to be in between. The biggest complaint seems to be that most parents think that the mamaroo is too slow and doesn't calm their baby like other swings.
We bought one but haven't had a baby in it yet. Watching it run I would classify it as more of a bouncer than a swing. It does more than a typical bouncer but I wouldn't say it replaces a swing. We bought it and a swing.
Just sold ours. I would definitely say it could take the place of a bouncer, but not a swing. Definitely not fast enough for a swing. Sold ours and got the Snuggabunny swing instead. I really wanted to love it because it was so cool. Alas, Fisher Price won out for our sanity!
Re: mamaroo?
Our baby hated it, so we returned it for the Graco 2-in-1 bouncy seat and swing. Best thing we ever did -- she LOVES it!
