Rash with teething?

For the past few days M has had a low fever, her gums are very warm and have thickened, she has been sleeping hours on end and not eating as much as she normally does. All signs of teething. Well today is the first day of no fever but a rash started to appear on her head and forehead. Could this be part of teething as well or could it be something else? Sorry no paragraphs on my iPhone. Thanks Ladies!

DS gets a little rash on his neck/chest from all of the drool irritation, but I would say if it's on her forehead its probably something else...

DS has a rash on his chin/neck from that area being damp all the time from the drool.  Sometimes it's been on his upper lip.  But, not on his forehead.  DS is very rashy though.  Some days he has a rash for some odd reason on his chest or his back.  We've been battling with eczema.
