Carseat Gurus: A Question

DS is exceptionally tall for his age; however, he is not 50 inches, which is the limit for his Evenflo Triumph Advance seat. But lately, every time we take him out, he has red marks on his neck/shoulder area from the straps. They're up as far as they go, and the crotch strap is in the lowest position.

Any ideas?

Ask one of the techs over at car-seat.org. They are probably the best people to answer that. It could be the way it's being adjusted, and they have a checklist of questions to ask you. hth!
