It never gets easier :-(  How does everyone else cope with BFNs?  What keeps you positive?

Sorry to hear another BFN 

We each have our own way to cope.  I am usually bummed out until cd3 u/s when RE & I discuss the new cycle.  This one is going to be a bigger blow if a BFN shows up this cycle.  Next up is injects (not a fan of needles).  I let myself be sad when I feel sad.  I know, for me, I can't let stuff bottle up inside.

GL & try to keep your head up.  IF sucks!

I am so sorry about your BFN.  The only cope I have is looking forward to the next one and hope and pray that it will be the last.  My DH keeps me going as well, always trying to put a smile on my face.  Good luck with your next cycle!

I'm sorry for your BFN.  Like the others said, it really doesn't get easier and there is no way to prepare yourself for it each month.  The only thing we have is the hope that the next cycle will be the one.  I try to plan a really fun thing to do at the end of each cycle so that if you get a BFN you have something to look forward to.  This month I'm planning a huge girls night out, but if I get that BFP, it's off.  Good Luck next time!

I'm sorry about your BFN.   I normally try to mourn for a day or so and then plan something fun that I couldn't do if pregnant, such as going out drinking with the girls.

I'm so very sorry...I hope the next cycle is it for you.  I'm with PP...I always let myself have at least one day to be awful and in full feeling sorry for myself mode.  Then, the next day I try to keep busy and get my mind ready for the next cycle...I wouldn't say it makes me positive, but it does help me along a little.  (((hugs)))

I have to agree though. What works for me is to give myself the whole day....yes, I'm miserable all day long, crying & keeping to myself pretty much. My hubby is also loads of help - just by him being there & comforting me. 

The next day I start feeling a little better & when I know what our next plan of attack is that always lifts my spirits 100%.

Awww, so sorry about your BFN.  I cope by giving myself a pity party for a day, and then I try to focus on moving forward and planning for the next cycle.
