Gagging?

Hi all. I'm 5w5d and don't have morning sickness yet. But today my gag reflex has been "stuck". I constantly feel like I'm gagging. I'm able to eat ok, but the feeling just won't go away. Has this happened to anyone else? I've never heard of this before, and wonder if it's even pregnancy related!

Yes, that is definitely pregnancy related.  I have the same problem now and had it even worse with my daughter.

It can be an awful feeling.  I have nausea, and then try to eat/drink something to help with that, but any smell or food that comes near me makes me gag.  I just try to take a few deep breaths to get through it.

yep every morning....and some evenings and during the day. no fun...

yep! especially when I brush my teeth-I dry heeve and gag every morning (not in the evening though)

Ugh, this. Even coughing or clearing my throat will trigger it. Gagging's the worst.

my last 2 pregnancies, i had this something awful!  all i had to do was take a bite of something and i'd start gagging. the 4 pregnancies prior, i never had it.

Wow! I had no idea this was so common! I totally didn't expect theis feeling.

This!! I can't cough or clear my throat without throwing up, which really sucks since I have allergies. Boo
