I'm no so much shocked and appalled as completely confused why someone would do that. If you aren't buying the cans that the coupon is on, what good are the coupons? Or are they for future cans of formula you'd buy?

If my memory serves me right, she would use the coupon on the one she was buying FOR the one she was buying and then steal coupons off the tops of other cans for future use. Klassy!
