I have a dear friend (now deceased) who was Sally Elizabeth.  It just worked.  I love the name Sally (mine is Sarah...so closely related), and I am hoping to use it on a girl...but DH will not let it fly. She would be Sally Diane.

I should have mentioned this earlier, but I know a Sally Elizabeth as well, and it's a beautiful name.

I know a Sally. Her full first name is Sarah - Sally is a traditional nn for Sarah and so this Sally is named after her grandmother who was Sarah nicknamed Sally. Anyhow, that's a possibility if all else fails. As far as mns for Sally...
