I posted earlier about how great of a steal I got on headbands, bows and flowers for DD....

And so I went to Hobby Lobby to get some letters, ribbon, a glue gun and glue sticks, a couple different colors of paint, extra alligator clips, and some cute little rhinestones to make DD some bow/flower holders- you know, the ones with the ribbon trailing down from the letters, and you put the clips on the ribbons and hang the letters on the wall... yeah, those! All with DH's blessing and encouragement, even! (He knows I get bored easy and this will keep me happy and occupied for a bit, once school is done for the current term in a couple of weeks and I start my leave of absence.)

Well then he commented on how "she's only missing a couple of colors" in the flowers, bows AND headbands... and he just left it hanging there, open ended... (All different colors for each thing, too, mind you)

So I went back to haloheaven.com and ordered more.  But seriously... I'm done buying this stuff unless a headband breaks, or it's a special occasion! lol 

Feel free to laugh at my crazy @$$.  I'm laughing at myself, too!

Posts like this make me even more thankful we're having a boy.

I'm having a hard enough time not buying him a little cowboy hat and boots. He's already got a mini pair of converse knock-offs.

Bwahaha... I did the same thing with our DS too... so it's not just her. He got tons of Steelers gear, a little leather jacket (which he fit into for all of 3 months or so... lol). Tons of shoes and hats, toys,...

See... I wanted the boy, he wanted the girl... but he hates to shop, and I don't... so no matter what, I'M the one doing the shopping/spending the money. lol This time, though, he's really encouraging it! =/ Silly man should know better!

I am pretty sure this little girl has a better wardrobe than I do already. lol  I can't stop shopping for her.

 Haha, I didn't even think of this, but now I have to find one. DH and I both have leather jackets that we wear pretty much all year round. He has a little blue denim jacket, though!

This! I would be going insane with my credit card if I were expecting a girl. Girl stuff is just so freaking cute.

This was my thought exactly. I am waiting but he will have some cowboy boots and baby adidas (all my DH wears)

I feel you! I am constantly looking for extra little things to purchase. DH finally says, "Enough is enough! She's going to look great!" Haha
