I'm almost done with my DIY mobile

Almost done with nursery

Still got baby clothing/other basics shopping and washing to do.

Finishing our last 2 prenatal classes.

Will be interviewing/meet-greeting our LO's Pediatrician next Friday.

wash the newborn clothes

throw last minute hospital stuff in the bag when we walk out the door

put together PnP, Strollers, Swing at around 35ish weeks...all in boxes in the garage.

oh and watch the birthing DVD I ordered. It should be here soon.

Hang some things in the nursery, do an infant care/breastfeeding class, pick up some final small items, install car seat, pack hospital bag, wash clothes/sheets, put swing together

I don't feel totally ready, but we've made a lot of progress, so I feel like my to-do list is manageable.

These are the main things on my to-do list for the moment. 

- Choose a pediatrician
- Buy a glider
- Hang up the decorations we've collected on nursery walls
- Wash LO's clothes and linens
- Finish my baby shower thank you cards this weekend (!!!)
- Attend breastfeeding class --> scheduled for one in May
- Pack hospital bag

Set up PNP in my room, clean bedding boppy cover and some clothing, finish putting up wall decor in his room, get a pack of diapers, nipple cream, new parts for my pump and some new bottle nipples for my medelas. Pretty much it I think. Well, and pack a hospital bag and get his car seat base installed.

Wow - I still have everything left to do!  The list of things that I have done is much shorter.  I have finished:

Building the nursery furniture (well, crib, dresser, hutch.  We still need to purchase a glider.)

Bought a breast pump

Bought the decorative crib bedding; didn't buy the extra sheets, etc. yet

Bought/hung curtains in LO's room

Cleaned out most of LO's room (was formerly our office/storage room) 

 

Yep, that's about it.  We don't have any of our "stuff" and LO has 2 outfits currently, no diapers, no bottles, etc.  No pack 'n' play, swing, bouncer, any of that stuff.  Our showers are still a month away, and I don't plan on buying anything on my own until after then.

Well, I got the crib and ordered the stroller (very very exciting!!) and thats about it.

Still tons to do, including finish school projects ><

Um, we still have to do LOTS of stuff. The things that are done include the following:

Nursery is cleaned out & mostly set up (crib still needs to be put together but everything else is done)

Bought most of NB CD stash

Bought most of nursery decor

Took items out of packages and sorted into laundry categories

Organized nursery w/items we have received thus far and are definitely keeping

Signed up for childbirth and BF classes

Reading baby and BF books

We have SO much left to do.  The big thing for me is to get the nursery done.  I am hoping we will have the painting finised by next weekend so we can put the crib together and move the rest of the things in.  Then I can start to worry about what else I have to do.

Wow, I have a lot to do. What I've done so far is put the crib up, cleaned out the nursery, hung curtains, and that's about it. My list of things left is so much longer

I've got LOTS to do...some of your small lists make me feel really unready!

I haven't had my showers yet, so I don't know what I'll need after them.

Have birthing class tomorrow.

Don't have our newborn care class until May.

Furniture hasn't come in yet, so nursery can't be finished.

Still have to do laundry for the clothes I've gotten already...plus whatever I get at my showers.

Need to find a rug for the nursery as I can't find one I like.

Need to pack my hospital bag.

I can go on and on.
