I saw a lady at my nail salon getting acrylic nails put on her toes & thought of you.  Sexy no?  to make it extra jazzy she added a diamond on the tip of each toe.

Listen, ho. I had to fast until like an hour ago for a blood test that the lab lost the paperwork for anyway. So then I snarfed my spicy chicken teriyaki and bok choy like the starved piglet I am.

my point is, it's really painful to ralph up barely-chewed spicy teriyaki, mmkay? Don't do these things to me!!!!

however you should know, I have a (trashy) c/w who had a tiny little diamond...implanted...into her front tooth. Fo realz.

I think it can be done in a classy way.  Like a mullet for the mouth, except if you put the diamonds on the sides it would be business in the front, party on the sides.
