While looking for alcohol swabs tonight...

While looking in my various Tupperware type containers in which I keep needles, alcohol swabs, band-aids, etc., I found a stick...the kind one uses to pee on to see if they are pregnant.  The kind that I have always claimed are EVIL.

UGH.  I SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO wish I had not found that!  Now that there is a stick in the house I am afraid I'll be tempted either Saturday or Sunday to test.

    Oh man. I went through the house before starting this cycle and checked the expiration date on every pee stick I could find (since I'd been good and hadn't bothered peeing on anything for months now) and discovered that all of my "emergency" stash tests were expired. The "confirmation only" digital I bought when we started TTC expired a year and change ago. That was depressing.

    Now I only have ovulation sticks and they're much less tempting. Of course Amazon would happily overnight me new sticks... but I'm being good. So good. So far. :(

    It's been a long journey. TTC since 9/06. multiple IUI's and IVF's and 4 m/c's. IVF#3 = BFP, twins, induced at 34w6d due to baby b passing away (no explanation). Delivered on 35w1d, Baby A - baby girl, and Baby B - baby boy, our little angel.

    A lot of years and a million tears finally led me to you.
    After 7 years trying to concieve, 3 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs, my third IVF was a success!
    My Christmas baby turned into a turkey bird! Dillon Richard was born at 34 weeks, 5 days on November 28, 2009 after 10 weeks on bedrest for preeclampsia.
