I am about 7 weeks pregnant and an avid worker-outer. I've been pretty tired these last two weeks - but realy hate not working out...so I'm getting some energy and just walking.
This past week though I have been getting an awful side cramp up on the right side. It is mid stomach area and just kills. It's like a cramp you get when running really fast or vigourously.
Any ideas why I'm getting this? How to stop it? If it is a bad sign or shoudl I keep working out with it?
HELP!!! I really wanna work out!~
Re: side cramp
i would definitely take it easy if you're uncomfortable. i know it SUCKS, but you just gotta listen to your body and let it do its thing...i got that occasionally when i was pregnant (i'm an avid worker-outer as well), and i forget what it's called. google it and you might find it. it's not necessarily a bad sign, but regardless, if you're uncomfortable then it's your pregnant body's way of saying please slow down :-)
