Few questions?

So how do I check for my posts and once I make a post how do I "refresh" without having to back arrow a few times and then refresh.  This "new" board is getting to me.  TIA

I think I got this right...to see your posts, go down to the bottom and select to view posts that I've participated in. Then apply. To refresh the board, just click on the parenting link next to All Boards in the upper left of the white, middle section. That should refresh the screen and let you see replies to your post.
