We have 2 girls already and are expecting #3 beginning of August. Having a hard time with a name to fit with the other 2, which are Julia Grace and Claire Nicole. We would like to stick with a somewhat feminine, yet not trendy, maybe older, name that goes well with those 2. So far we have tossed around, but are not set on, Nora, Ella, Lilly, Layla, (middle name will come after we pick a first). Last name is 2 syllables that ends in -on but sounds like -in when pronounced. Any ideas?

Julia and Claire could sound good with a lot of names since they are classic ones, but one of my sisters has pointed out that they will not be living under the same roof forever (her 5 girls all have names starting with A or M which she sometimes gets critiqued for having similar names between them) - so if you like a name that doesn't sound like it goes with Julia and Claire or starts with J or C, you could still go with it.
As for my picks I like all of those names. I work at an elemtnary school though and Ella and Lilly are both starting to become more common/trendy names right now (and I know of several people who are using those names or have used them recently) so if you don't want them to be "trendy" I wouldn't go with either of those. I also know of about a lot of people who have named their babies Nora in the past year including several relatives and many who have thought about that name or want to use that name so that is starting to become trendy too. Layla I really like and I think that one is not as common as the others.
Other names I came up with that fit with your criteria:
Abby/Abigail, Amy, Natalie, Jade or Jane, Candace, Lacey, Sheena, Laurel/Laura, Rebecca, Evelyn, Adreanne or Andrea, Liv or Olivia or Otillia
You'll find the right name when you know! Good luck and let us know what you decide!
Love Julia and Claire! Sib names that I love with them are
Tess
Helena
Kate

Erin/Aerin
Nora or Lilly out of the ones you listed.
