First Follie Check....

And OMG I wanna scream....  When I went in for my baseline I saw that one little antral "follie" looked bigger then all the others.  I kinda freaked right away thinking it was still a cyst, but the US tech said no and that everything looked good.  The Dr. agreed. 

Well, I went in for my first check this morning and damn if that little "follie" isn't up to 22mm already....  The nurse was like Whoa you move fast.  I said what are you talking about.  She says you have a mature follicle already.  I said no freaking way.  And I told her about the follie/cyst from baseline and that I wondered if that was the same one....

The other Dr. (my fav) was seeing patients today and so I explained the whole thing to her.  She agrees that its probably that one from baseline (and THIS is why you don't cycle when you have cysts, even littler ones).  She said there is a chance it could be a crazy follie (but really a 22 at CD7????).  So they are waiting for my e2 to come back and we will come up with a plan.  At the very least she thinks that they will just continue or increase my Follistim and see what happens on Friday at another check.  They will also start checking my Progesterone then to make sure I am not ramping up to O.

Ugh, why can't it just go smoothly?  I guess that would be asking for too much.  I just keep reminding myself its out of my control, so not to worry....

Besides the 22mm.  I have 2 12s and 2 11s and a 10 and a bunch smaller.  Since we think I o'd 5 follies last month and didn't get KU'd (originally thought that 3 would be mature) we aren't too worried about HOM, so we will keep trucking...

So please send me some go away/don't hog the FSH vibes for that big azz cystie/follie thing that is growing on my Ovary....
