baptismal brunch menu

DD is going to be baptized in a few weeks and we are having brunch at our house afterward.  By the time we do pictures, etc. it will probably be 11 or 11:30 before we are all back at our house.  I am having trouble figuring out what to serve.  My MIL is making a cheesy hashbrown casserole, my mom is making a frittata, and I was going to have a fruit salad.  And there will be cake.  What else would be good to serve?  I was thinking chicken salad and croissants?  What else?  There will probably be 15-20 people.  Thanks!

Re: baptismal brunch menu

  • I think adding chicken salad and croissants is great.  You could have some small finger foods like veggies and dip, deviled eggs, cheese and crackers, etc.

    Yes

We had a similar menu at C's baptism... we also had a few deserts (cake, cookies, chocolates)

  • I think what you have sounds great (+ the chicken salad croissants). For 15-20 that will be plenty of food.
