WWYD-daycare ad?

I was looking at craigslist and I saw my daycare provider on there with an ad to be a nanny - immediately!  Would you respond to the ad and ask what's going on or just wait and see or ask tomorrow morning?  This is an in-home daycare that has two providers so only one provider would be leaving but I also know that they have too many kids for one provider to handle (legally) and my child was the last to join.....my stress level just went up.

Definitely wait until tomorrow.  Replying to the ad would seem a little stalker-ish.

Yes, I would ask tomorrow. Hopefully they have a plan in place to replace her once she found a nanny job.

Wonder if there's a possibility that they don't even know she wants to leave?

It's a possibility that your daycare is losing kids. In tough economies when parents lose jobs/get laid off daycare providers often are amongst the first to really feel the pinch. If that's the case, maybe they're anticipating that they're not going to have enough business to keep two providers?
