Anyone get preg while on the mini-pill?

I know I should be taking something else.  However, I am still nursing my 18 month old twice a day--

so Im curious did you get preg while on the mini-pill? If so, did you miss any pills?

    *waves* Was still nursing DD#1, she was 9 months old, and was on the mini pill. Took it everyday.

    After the fact my OB told me it is really not effective after 6 months PP.

    I did not but it is very easy to get pregnant if you miss a pill or do not take them at the same time every day.

    THIS article has a section on missed pills that shows you the effectiveness.

    ME ( raises hand) I was nursing and on the mini pill. DD and DS are just over 14 months apart in age. I also did not miss a pill ( I take a bunch at the same time everyday for other health issues) I was also breast feeding DD for every meal.

    Nope, but got a BFP the first time after I went off the mini-pill.

    I didn't, but this was a HUUUUUUUGE fear of mine in between the time DH had his vasectomy and when it was confirmed effective.

    We used the pill and condoms every single time.  And I STILL freaked out and was paranoid.

    I took the pill regularly every morning when I was getting ready for work. Got pregnant when DD was 9 months old. This time around we will be using condoms again until I decide on another option, I don't think I could handle 3u3.

    Yep, DD and DD#2 will be less than one year apart. Never missed a pill and EBF DD. She was about 10 weeks old when I got PG.

    I did!  My daughter was 6 months old and was still breastfeeding completely, although admittedly there were a couple of times I didn't take them at the same time of day, however I never missed one and surprise!!! I'm 9 weeks :)
