We recieved a Pali crib from my sister in law and the directions on how to raise the bed have been lost. The crib is still safe to use (don't worry), they just never raised the bed, therefore do not know how to raise it. I feel like we have tried everything and the directions on the crib's website are not that helpful.
Re: Do you have a Pali crib?
I don't have a Pali, but looked at several. Does it look like a Y or X type thing on each end and either side of the metal mattress spring support? If so, you loosen the wing nuts and move the metal thing to the position closer (closest to the outside) then tighten the wingnut back up.
You may have to remove the bolts and the front panel to be able to fully reach the mattress support.
These directions looked pretty clear to me. Just do them in reverse. It has a diagram on step one that shows you were to put the wingnuts for the high, medium and low positions.

We were able to reach through the slats and underneath to get to the wingnuts and braces and didn't have to take off the front panel. We have the Pali Wendy.
All of the instructions for the cribs are on Pali's website.
