The Target next to my house just re-modeled (and now they have groceries!) and they ordered new carts. I dont understand why they didnt order any double carts??
My Target experiences lately have been difficult and I think they would go better if we had a double cart.
Re: Does any Target have double carts?
Same. Those seats are designed for kids aged 2+. I don't know why they don't have any double carts or even the car-type carts. It's frustrating, for sure.
these are the double carts my Target has too. I haven't tried them out, I just use the stroller while there.
IUI #3 gave us the best 2nd anniv. gift ever: 2 babies! (born 03/09/10)
Peanut and Little Man are getting so big! 2 years old already!

It seems only the warehouse type places (Sams, BJs, Costco) have the actual double carts.
Our target has the carts mentioned above with the plastic seats in front of the actual cart. I have used that one before and it wasnt too bad. The girls didnt face each other, they faced out which I think they liked.
Ours doesn't. Either I try to go with DH and we each push a cart, or one girl rides in the cart and I wear the other if I have to go alone.
Sam's club is getting WAY more of my business than they used to since I can put both girls in the cart.
I put my DD in the seat part of the cart and let my DS walk. Then the ONE second I stopped to look at something, he pushed the cart and ran...and turned a corner and ran to the other end of the store. and of course, crashed.
no joke.
so then i put him in the basket, which made him upset. so i gave him a toy from the dollar bin, which made my DD upset. so i gave her a toy too and they spent the remainder of the time fighting over each others toys.
NEED DOUBLE CART.
Good for you! I got nowhere with my local grocery store. It really bugs.
As for Target, I *think* we have like 2 of those carts with cars or something. But like #1BB, I just do a stroller in there. I don't buy that much stuff, and the carts are ALWAYS being used by a singleton mom.
