I'm scared

A couple of weeks ago there was a dead dove in the yard. Whatevs. Gross, but it was away from any windows and DH threw him away.

Today I came home and there was one right outside the bedroom window that's right next to my bed. A little weird that we have another one, and also yuck, but I figured I would get DH to throw it away when he got home.

In a matter of two hours, the bird has somehow moved so that he is now half under our deck a la the Wicked Witch of the West (still right outside the same window.) Totally grossed out that he might get dragged under there to rot if DH doesn't get his act together.

And a little scared that he moved himself there. Birds freak me the fvck out. ::shudders::

I am right there with you.  I am not a bird person at all.  Thinking about them, dead or alive, gives me the heebiejeebies.

And yet, he has been home two hours now and has yet to take care of it.

I may kill him and drag his life less body under there.
