Ticker Help- NOT a test

Heya-

Usually I can figure out online stuff but I can't seem to figure out how to get my FF ticker to say anything but "Chart Not Updated."  Did I miss a step?

Ambsies-

 Shoot, I clicked the link you provided but it doesnt link up to anything.  I've set up my whole chart and account but it just says chart not updated.  I dont know what else to try. anyone out there have a guess?

Is it just because im on the trial membership maybe?
