Just wondering if anyone remembers about how big their babies were around 19 weeks? Had my scan today (18w6d) which showed they were about 8 and 7 oz each. Just wondering if this is too small. The tech of course didnt say anything and I dont see the MD until next week. Also wondering if that is a normal variance between twins or not. She said one measured about 18w 5d (a), and the other 17w6d.(b) When they were first discovered around 12 weeks they were measuring only 1 day apart. HR were 145 (a) and 158 (b). Also note she said baby B was 'stubborn' and she couldnt get all the pics she wanted. Could this contribute to the variance in size/age? Thanks!!
Re: Ultrasound today
That size sounds about right on, my u/s at 20w 5d they were both 13oz. There is a twin ultrasound weight est chart someone posted on here a week or so ago but dang it I didn't save it. Baby center updates say about how much they weight each week and mine were always a little over what they estimated. The twin one was pretty right on though.
And FWIW my baby A has been stubborn throughout most of the preg and she is a few ounces bigger then baby B. Just the way they are positioned sometimes, I dont think thats anything to worry about. And as far as the size, as long as the dr's weren't concerned you shouldn't be either
