I ended up creating some of my own in the past so that I could change what was on the bingo card based on the mom's registry or because I was hosting a large number of people and needed a large number of different cards.

I can't find it now, but I've played "Things In Mommy's Purse."  (That goes over well and you'd be surprised at what some people have in their purses.  It reminds me of Let's Make a Deal.  Basically, there is a list of things typical in a "mom's purse."  Items are assigned values for each item - the more unusual the more points.  Each woman adds up her own points.  Person with highest point wins.  Takes about 5 to 10 minutes.)

I created my own game using baby photos of celebrities and the mom and dad to be and you had to guess who was who.
