I need a fun jersey print, without being too childish, to make into a simple skirt for myself.  I need something fun this summer.

ooh, do you have a serger?  I haven't been able to work well with knits on my regular machine and really want one.

I can't choose fabric for other people, it's too personal.

I do have a serger!  I was planning on doing the curly rolled hem with it.

I like these dinos...you could pair the skirt with a simple white tank.

I'm making myself a red, white, and french blue summer wrap skirt (diagonal stripes of varying widths) and a pink/white large houndstooth pencil skirt for Easter.  If I have time and stamina after surgery...  But no knits here!

SOOOOOOOOOOOOO funny I was trying to find heatwave on there and couldn't. I would totally wear the heat wave. I bought a yard of it to attempt sewing something for my Lily

The only thing I worry about with the heatwave fabric is that it might be too thin.  I worry about white and being see through.  I guess I'll have to wait until it gets here.

 I just looked at mine and it's not too bad, but I wouldn't wear it w/o a slip

You could do a double layer skirt with a solid underneath
