Help with Head Support/Body Support Pillow

Whats your favorite for a newborn to support their head in their infant car seat? Also I plan on buying the Rock n Play sleeper-I saw this image on amazon what is that pillow Ide like something like that too .

You should only use the supports that come with your car seat or it will void the warranty of the seat. If your seat doesn't come with one, then you can used rolled up baby blankets.

We used one like that in our stroller when DD was really little.

Like PP said, you shouldn't use a head or body support that wasn't included with your car seat.  They haven't been crash tested by the manufacturer and they interfere with the harness, compromising the seat's safety.  Here is a picture of how to use receiving blankets for this purpose.

Edit: I wouldn't use something like that in the RNP either but if you want to, it's called a snuzzler.
