Tagalog. My side of the family is Filipino so she's half. My mom watches her during the day and she already speaks to her in Tagalog. Hopefully she'll pick it up like I did.
I always wished my mom would have taught me Polish since she's fluent and often spoke with my grandparents. (I was practically also raised by my grandparents and can't believe they never thought to teach me).
So I would teach him Polish. And if I could speak it, I'd use it and english around the house starting as soon as possible.
French. New Brunswick is bilingual. I am teaching my oldest French right now. We have shapes and body parts covered! ETA: I speak French to both girls now. I will say a word in French and repeat in in English.
I'm Italian so I guess that would be neat. I mean I don't know a lick of it so I couldn't teach him. I took french for years and minored in it in college so I could easily teach him a bit of that though.

Spanish because of its prevalence in the U.S. I don't speak it, though, so we're doing ASL and German instead. I bought a bunch of German board books from amazon.de to read to him.
I speak off and on all day to DS in English and German. I was raised speaking both languages (both sets of my grandparents are immigrants) and its important to me that Alejandro hears and learns both. I'm on my DH to teach him Spanish (he's Bolivian), and I'm trying to learn Spanish as well so I can help.
It is so important to me that L is bi-lingual. My H is Russian (I'm not) and he mostly speaks Russian to L. L can pick up English any time, but while he is little like this, his brain is so much more capable of learning another language. And we all know how helpful it is to be bi-lingual in the work field and later on in life. Plus, it is important to me that L knows about his heritage.
I would love to teach LO Spanish. My dad's side of my family is Mexican so a lot of my family speaks it. Unfortunately I never picked it up and although I studied it in HS I'm nowhere near fluent. But we'll try teaching him some basic things (colors, numbers, etc) as he starts to learn those in English, as well.
My mom is from Holland & almost her entire side of the family still lives there. I really wish my mom had spoken Dutch to me growing up - b/c I couldn't really communicate with my cousins until they learned English. My sister is actually taking Dutch as her language in college right now. So hopefully she & my mom can help out DD with a little bit more of the language.
My DD has been learning both Spanish and English since birth. My SO's first language is Spanish, so he speaks to her in Spanish and I speak to her in English. When she's older we want to learn Italian as a family, but that will be in a few years.
