Hey I didn't take offense at all...Do you think I should call today?? He is eating and is asking pretty normal..

    I'm so glad you weren't offended.  I was afraid it may come off that way.  I also thought I may get flamed for saying he may not need to be seen today.  I think you should use your judgement.  It doesn't seem like you are overly worried about it.  I think he can wait until tomorrow as long as he isn't getting worse.  If he gets ANY worse or runs a fever, gets lethargic, is coughing alot or stops eating then he needs to be seen ASAP.  My guess is that it is either in the back of his throat or his nose.  Does he have reflux?
